Team Signals Report Bundle

The Team Signals Report Bundle uses the High-Energy Teams Model to assess key development priorities. Each team member receives a personal report reflecting their perspective on how well the team understands and responds to each of the strategic questions, providing insights into team clarity and alignment across critical areas. The facilitator or team leader also receives a 360° view of development opportunities, delivering targeted insights from individual and collective perspectives to highlight growth areas and provide a roadmap for high performance.

Team Management Profile (TMP)

The Team Management Profile (TMP) is a feedback tool used for personal, team and leadership development. Constructive, work-focused feedback helps individuals understand why they work the way they do, and how they can develop strategies to improve the way they work with others.

Participants complete an online survey which results in their personalised TMP. After completion of the survey, the participant will have an online debrief session (45 minutes) with an Anchor Leader who is an Accredited TMP Practitioner to discuss their profile and review any changes they could make to improve their own work and how they work with their colleagues and direct reports.

Opportunities - Obstacles Quotient (QO2) Profile

The QO² Profile provides personalised feedback on how individuals respond to new situations, solve problems, focus on goals, and view time. This tool helps leaders understand the balance of effort their team members put into seeing opportunities versus obstacles. Participants complete an online survey.

Linking Leader 360 Degree Profile (LLP|360)

This tool measures nine key linking skills necessary for effective leadership within teams.

These skills encompass People Linking Skills (building relationships), Task Linking Skills (managing tasks), and Leadership Linking Skills (strategic thinking). The LLP|360 provides detailed feedback mechanisms that enable leaders to refine their strategies based on real-time data. It supports continual learning through improved communication techniques and structured feedback systems like benchmarking tools for tracking performance over time.

Leadership Coaching and Mentoring

We provide 1-2-1 or group mentoring sessions for leaders at all levels (CEO, Senior Executive, Business Unit level).
By using the Team Management Profile (TMP) as a foundation, we can craft online or face-to-face 1-2-1 coaching and mentoring sessions that are truly tailored to each individual’s needs and career goals.
Mentoring sessions are generally 1.5 hours in duration with a summary email sent to the participant after each session outlining agreed actions.
