The Team Management Profile (TMP) is a feedback tool used for personal, team and leadership development. Constructive, work-focused feedback helps individuals understand why they work the way they do, and how they can develop strategies to improve the way they work with others.
Participants complete an online survey which results in their personalised TMP. After completion of the survey, the participant will have an online debrief session (45 minutes) with an Anchor Leader who is an Accredited TMP Practitioner to discuss their profile and review any changes they could make to improve their own work and how they work with their colleagues and direct reports.
