Customer & Competitor Analysis
Why do clients use us versus competitors? What do they truly value?
Understanding our relative position, capabilities, activities, costs, and strategies compared to competitors. Anticipating competitor reactions to our strategy.
What strategic Issues do we face?
By the end of day one, we will have clearly articulated the context of your organisation and the issues it faces, setting the scene to make compelling strategy choices on day 2.

Day 2 - Develop The Strategy
